I had this really important lunch yesterday with a man that is an alumni for Clemson University and is really influential to the campus and is the definition of someone “bleeding orange”. Anyway, it went lovely and I couldn’t have asked it to go better than it did because of this very reason:
HIm: “What’s the first thing you want to do at Clemson University?”
Me: -laughs- “Go to a football game”.
Him: “Well, I would love for that to happen and I can give you tickets!”
WHAT IN THE WORLD JUST HAPPENED. I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING. OMG OMG OMG. I THINK THIS WAS THE HAPPIEST MOMENT IN MY LIFE! I GET TO GO TO DEATH VALLEY AND WATCH A GAME.
I owe him the biggest “thank you” ever because this is something I’ve always wanted to do and now I can
